I go by Raymond Victor Howard . I purchased a great flying 1976 J 3 With balloon tires south of Rockland, KS. My children and I have been been flying that plane since 1996. In my opinion this airplane is a very good piper cub. I would highly recommend this piper cub to anyone. The local airport mechanic did the work our nice plane. That plane is very good. My family and me love our little plane.
